I am an experienced entrepreneur who has run a number of highly profitable businesses. In 2018 I started a new e-commerce business that could fit more easily around my family, and within months it had grown so much I had no choice but to bring in a team to help. This recruitment process was when I first hired remote professionals, and this experience opened up new doors that have now led to the establishment and success of Resource Worldwide.

I love any and every type of adventure, especially travelling and skiing, and I am just about to get qualified as a pilot.
Rena Cristy G. Titong
Operations Manager
After completing college with a degree in nursing, I started to develop my human resource and people skills by joining huge agencies in the Philippines, before creating my own agency.
As the Operations Manager of Resource Worldwide, I oversee various aspects of the company and ensure efficiency, productivity, and overall success of the team, whilst also ensuring that our services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Fun Fact
I'm always the judge, never the chef! I love collecting pots, plates and other items for my kitchen, but I don't know how to cook.
Dan Dearden
Co-founder
Dan Dearden is a Co-Founder of Resource Worldwide. His involvement in the business was initially quite small, until he saw the impact the company was making on businesses and individuals across the world, and in 2022 he became a full time Director helping to grow the business further.
More than just companies benefitting from skilled team members, the lives of the remote professionals that Resource World work with are being changed through the vast career opportunities available, and this has been something Dan has felt so passionate about.

In and outside of work, Dan is super competitive. He will race anyone in a 60 metre dash, and he’s no stranger to running as an ex rugby player. He also loves setting physical challenges throughout the year to keep him sharp and on top of his health and fitness.

I hold a dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Human Resource, and with a decade of HR experience, I’m proficient in Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, and more.
As the Head of Recruitment at Resource Worldwide, I lead the team, playing a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent. I oversee the entire recruitment process, leveraging my team's expertise and collaborating with hiring managers to align our workforce with our goals.

My role involves connecting with potential candidates online, screening applications, and interviewing candidates of various seniority levels. I also create and publish job ads, and screen resumes and job applications.

Out of work, I love watching movies and spending time with my cute fur baby, Popcorn. I also never forget to carry an umbrella, ever-prepared for any unexpected weather!
